🧠 Who’s On Your Board of Directors?

Publicly traded companies are required to have a Board of Directors.
And for good reason.

Their job?

✅ Oversee management
✅ Set strategy
✅ Protect the interests of those invested in the company — and the company itself.

But here’s a question most people don’t think to ask…

👉 What if those Board members didn’t show up to meetings?
👉 What if they didn’t care how the company was running?
👉 Or worse… what if they allowed it to miss goals, deadlines, and commitments?

Sounds like a company heading for disaster, right?

But it does.
